Safety Adventures at Park Play, a themed session for Child Protection Week

Play is one of the most powerful ways children learn, especially when it comes to something as important as protective behaviours. At Park Play during Child Protection Week, your child will explore safety concepts through fun, hands-on activities that are non-confronting and perfectly suited to their age and development

These playful experiences are designed to empower kids to recognize when they feel unsafe and to explore ways they can respond. Plus, we’ll have informal resources available for parents to help continue these important lessons at home.

We hope to see everyone at Park Play where kids have fun and family connections are strengthened while helping your little ones build the confidence and skills to stay safe.

Friday (6 Sept) Park Play

Special guests from the police force will be joining us for memorable experience. Your child will learn the life skill of calling ‘000’ and get an exciting chance to meet real officers, even exploring the inside of a police car! This unique opportunity supports their social and emotional growth while teaching the value of teamwork and safety.

We hope to see everyone at Park Play where kids have fun and family connections are strengthened while helping your little ones build the confidence and skills to stay safe.
