Join Kristy Nita Brown for an exciting creative writing workshop!

Author of junior fiction books, 'Looking for Lily' and 'Mavey and Beth's Double Act: Where's My Whistle?', Kristy Nita Brown, will be joining us this school holidays at Thornlie Library. Join us to discover the world of creative writing. Through games and thought-provoking activities, you will be generating your own bestselling novel ideas and bringing your characters to life in no time!

Kristy Nita Brown is a junior fiction author who independently publishes books. Her debut chapter book, Looking for Lily, was shortlisted in the 2023 West Australian Young Readers’ Book Award and won second place in the 2022 Children and Young Adult Aspiring Author Competition in the younger reader chapter book category. Her subsequent work, Mavey and Beth's Double Act: Where's My Whistle? won fourth place in the 2023 edition of the same competition.
