West Canning Vale - DCP

The West Canning Vale Development Contribution Plan was completed in March 2023 (Ordinary Council Meeting item 13.2.5 of 28 March 2023 refers – see links below), the final reserve balance was in credit and surplus funds were returned to contributors, a closing statement for the reserve account and a completed cost apportionment schedule are attached for reference purposes.
